While staying at the University of Sudbury Residence, students will enjoy the option of staying in a single room or a double room both styles including a bed with mattress, closet with drawers, desk and chair. Additionally, all rooms have internet connectivity.

Residence Rates
Explore rates for both single and double rooms. Rates are student friendly and provide some of the best value on campus with no meal plans required. All rooms include a bed with mattress, closet with drawers, desk, chair wireless and wired internet connectivity.

Residence fees and application fees will be refunded if your study permit gets refused.
We understand that late applicants will not be able to meet the June 15th payment deadline for the payment options. We are ready and willing to negotiate payment dates with you as needed.
